Head of Facility Management

We provide more than 35,000 square feet of event space. Our engineering team plays an important role in keeping the property safe, efficient, well-maintained, and operating at a high standard for both guests and events.

Career Growth: Lead engineering, maintenance, capital planning, and facility improvement initiatives

Manage and develop an engineering and maintenance team

Capital Projects: Play a key role in property improvements, system integrations, and asset longevity

Cross-Functional Exposure: Partner closely with operations, events, guest services, and external contractors

Relevant technical degree or trade certification in engineering, facilities management, building systems, or a related field preferred

Minimum 5 years of engineering, facilities, or maintenance management experience, preferably within hospitality, resorts, commercial buildings, or another complex facility environment.

Strong experience overseeing facility systems, maintenance programs, and capital projects.

Experience managing and developing maintenance or engineering teams.

Hands-on understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and control systems.

Experience with preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and facility operations.

Strong project management experience, including vendor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and energy-efficiency practices.

Experience with building management systems, maintenance management software, or technical system integrations is preferred.
