Build the HR function from the ground up
Shape how the organization hires, operates, and grows
If youre coming from a larger company and feel limited by structure this is your chance to
Build and lead the HR function end-to-end
Partner with leadership on hiring, org design, and scaling
Run HR operations across
multi-site warehouse + office teams
Own employee relations and ensure
Oversee payroll (ADP) and HR systems
Bring structure, discipline, and accountability into a growing organization
Youve led HR in a structured environment and now want more ownership
You understand operational businesses (logistics, warehouse, transportation, etc.)
You care about building teams, not just managing policies
82 12+ years of HR experience, with leadership responsibility
logistics / transportation / warehouse / similar industries
multi-location operations
ADP payroll systems
