Immigration Attorney (can be remote)

Job Title: Contract Appearance / Hearing Attorney – Immigration Law
Type: Flexible, appointment-based, contract engagement
We are building a network of qualified contract attorneys who can appear at immigration court or USCIS interviews. An EOIR Associate Attorney will report to the Managing Attorney, manage caseload, client interaction, and collaborate with our immigration team.
Hybrid position requiring in-person court appearances.
Appear in immigration courts (master calendar hearings, bond hearings, removal/EOIR proceedings) or accompany clients to USCIS interviews.
Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters and/or participate in immigration-related hearings.
Prepare and review case documents, coordinate with the central team, update status post-appearance.
Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
Able to manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with a remote team/staff.
Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits.Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
Preferred: 1+ year of immigration-law experience (court/agency).
Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
Familiarity with EOIR proceedings, USCIS interviews and immigration law updates.
