Responsible for management and control of all door and frame processes and products at the location and ensures that all procedures surrounding inventory control are properly executed. Works to achieve optimized inventory levels. Projects future usage changes and understands their impact. Coordinates with internal and external customers regarding material orders and delivery dates.
Check project master for special quote numbers, terms, etc.

• Source all material to PO's as requested and transmit PO and supporting documents to vendor
• Order stock wood doors, stock hollow metal, and associated items
• Manage Expense Item Inventory in conjunction with Shop Foreman
• Source or alternate source material to be pulled from stock
• Create work orders and send to shop foreman with only materials requiring fabrication (door and frame shop)
• Review anticipated labor hours and source for in house production or direct shipment to site by manufacturer
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, ERP systems, etc.
• Basic math skills and data input skills
• General knowledge of commercial doors, frames, and hardware
• Familiarity with general commercial construction practices
