Immix Biopharma (Nasdaq: IMMX)
We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated and focused JD with a handful of years of transaction (equity, debt capital markets and/or mergers & acquisitions) experience who is looking to participate in the expansion and growth of a biotechnology company.
Oversee contracting, regulatory document creation and submission across various regulatory regimes
Work closely with regulatory, strategy, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of company strategy initiatives across all verticals
Contribute to drafting and crafting investor presentation and communications materials
1-3 years of work experience with a premier law firm focused on executing equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and or mergers & acquisitions transactions
JD or equivalent (US LLM +Bar if foreign law degree)
Our lead candidate is sterically-optimized BCMA-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy NXC-201 with a “digital filter” that is designed to filter out non-specific activation. S. multi-center study for relapsed/refractory AL Amyloidosis NEXICART-2 (NCT06097832), with a potentially registrational design. NXC-201 has been awarded Breakthrough Therapy Designation (BTD) and Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy (RMAT) by the US FDA and Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) by FDA and in the EU by the EMA.
