Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep of the property and the overall maintenance. This role involves performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding promptly to service requests to maintain a high standard of living and safety for tenants.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs
Conduct property inspections to identify issues that may cause damage to the property or building.
Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
Assist in preparing vacant units for new tenants, including painting, drywall repairs, and installing light fixtures.
Keep accurate records of maintenance requests, completed work, and inventory of supplies.
Communicate with the property manager and provide updates on projects, turns, and work orders.
1-2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic turn requirements such as painting, drywall repair, troubleshooting appliances, and basic plumbing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with tenants.
- Availability for on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
- Hourly Range: $32 - $35 DOE.
