Head of Programme Management

About the Role The Program Manager will be a key member of Parametric's growing Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO). This role will support multiple business teams and partner closely with technology teams to help plan, coordinate, and deliver high priority initiatives. The Program Manager will assist in managing individual large‑scale projects that contribute to the execution of corporate strategy.

This role supports the delivery of complex projects by helping coordinate multiple projects, track progress against plans, and identify risks and dependencies. Program Managers work with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, assist in maintaining project plans, and help remove roadblocks to keep work moving forward. Primary Responsibilities Manage implementation activities for high profile, high visibility, concurrent work‑streams.

Participate in building and maintaining PMO standards, processes, and controls across the enterprise portfolio.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree is a plus.

5+ years of Program Management experience required, with proven ability to manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams.

Financial Investment Management experience is a strong plus.

Proven ability as liaison between technical teams and business visionaries — not a “go between” but rather facilitator and someone who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan.

PMP, PgMP, PMI‑ACP, and/or CSM certification, progress toward, or desire to obtain is desired.
