Client/Customer Support Rep

VCA Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kalamazoo is a 24/7/365 emergency, critical care and specialty practice, located in Portage, MI. We are seeking an Experienced Client Service Representative to join our team Full-time.

Client Service Representative Duties:

Customer service functions such greeting clients and handling multi-line telephones

Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical related pet care

Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence

Potential Schedule : Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts available

At least one year of proven past experience helping customers

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays

and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste

In this position you will be supporting our Doctors team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.
