Are you a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys "owning" a piece of technology to meet production goals? As a Machine Operator, you will be the "Technical Pilot" of our label production line. You will lead the setup and operation of precision machinery, ensuring we meet vital deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset. We are looking for a teammate who is curious about how things work and takes personal accountability for quality and performance.
Operate & Own: Efficiently run label machines to meet daily production schedules while minimizing raw material waste.
Technical Troubleshooting: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor instruments, maintain dies, and find root-cause solutions to equipment malfunctions.
Digital Accuracy: Utilize ERP systems and logs to track time, materials (FIFO inventory), and quality control data.
Team Support: Collaborate across departments, performing distribution functions as needed to ensure site success.
Detail-Oriented: You have a high attention to detail, capable of monitoring close tolerances and catching errors before they lead to waste.
Adaptable: You display agility when priorities shift and are comfortable learning new software and cross-training on different assets.
High school diploma or GED.

• 1-2 years of related experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to distinguish colors for quality labels.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.79 - $23.72 / hour. In some circumstances, this may be above or below the range (based on various factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant skills, experience, education and training, location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position).
