Tech Recruiter (Remote Flexible)

We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. based tech company with a high bar for talent, ownership, and execution — and we’re intentional about building a strong, globally distributed team from the start.

We’re looking for a Founding Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and non-technical roles, with a particular focus on the US, Europe, and Latin America. This is a hands‑on role for someone who has hired senior technical talent internationally, thrives in early‑stage environments, and cares deeply about hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Own full‑cycle technical recruiting:

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans.

Run structured, high‑signal interview processes aligned with a high talent bar.

Proactively source for Customer Success, GTM, and Product roles across the US

Build and maintain strong pipelines using outbound sourcing, referrals, and market insight.

Assess technical and behavioral fit in partnership with hiring managers.

Navigate global hiring models:

Recruit for international roles.

Partner with People/Ops to ensure compliant, scalable hiring practices by region.

Help build the recruiting foundation:

Improve recruiting processes, documentation, and tooling as we scale.

Bring structure where helpful, without introducing unnecessary process.

Raise the bar for hiring quality across the company.

Proven experience as a technical recruiter, owning full‑cycle hiring.

Experience hiring for founding engineering positions at an early‑stage startup

Demonstrated success in hiring roles in the US, Europe, and Latin America.

Able to operate independently in a fractional / contract capacity.

Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes as you go.
