About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our firm. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured. You will be responsible for providing injured clients with the legal advice required to successfully win compensation.

Responsibilities

Providing legal support and guidance

Advising clients on best conduct

Meeting with clients

Finding ethical solutions to legal matters

Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential advice

Strategizing on how to resolve clients' cases favorably

Enlightening clients about legal options and potential outcomes or threats

Staying informed about current legislation

Building trustworthy relationships with clients

Preparing legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings and contracts in a timely and accurate manner

Assisting clients with the execution of agreements

Demonstrating professionalism and prioritizing client/customer service and representation

Qualifications

Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
