Registered Nurse (RN), Weekend Shift, Home Health

Med Surg/Telemetry Registered NurseThe Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry units. The nurse will work collaboratively with Rapid Response and Code teams. Care and management of peripheral lines will be required. The nurse will administer oxygen as needed, using nasal cannula and oxygen tanks. Floating to different units may be required as per facility needs. Every other weekend and every other holiday work is mandatory. Coverage for any additional shifts will be the responsibility of the traveler. Nurses will independently interpret telemetry strips for all telemetry patients in their care. Successful completion of a telemetry assessment is required during orientation.
