Head of Operations & Business Management
University of Minnesota School of Nursing
The University of Minnesota School of Nursing is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee daily administrative workflows and ensure effective management of the organization. This position focuses on achieving clinical, financial, and utilization goals by leading the operational management team and overseeing the Utilization Review business line.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in Utilization Management. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills are essential as the Director will engage with various departments to optimize operational functions.
