Carry out both routinely performed and advanced clinical laboratory analyses, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond, following established protocols diligently.
Ensure the accuracy of results through thorough analysis, demonstrate problem-solving skills by troubleshooting errors, and engage in preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation for testing as necessary.
Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, provide training for new staff or students, and actively support the maintenance of high lab quality standards.
Foster a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.
