Technical Recruitment Sourcer

We're looking for a highly motivatedTechnical Sourcing Recruiterto drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while meeting aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels.

Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring.

Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within ATS platforms.

Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.

Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks.

Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics.

Performance Expectations Complete 20–25 phone screens per month .

Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation.

Required Qualifications 2–7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).

Strong experience with Boolean search and advanced search string (keystring) creation .

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-powered sourcing tools.

Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles .

Pay Range: $35/hr. – $50/hr.
