Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is currently seeking a Closing Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Review and organize closing documents, including contracts, loan documents, and title commitments.
Draft correspondence, contract addenda, and occupancy agreements.
Explain documents and contract changes to clients and assist with responses to negotiations.
Identify and resolve issues with closing documents, contingencies, and title matters.
Ensure compliance with real estate closings.
2+ years of real estate closing experience preferred.
