Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other diagnostic tests.

Enter patient data accurately and promptly into our systems.

Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.

Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Maintain patient and specimen information logs.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.

Travel to additional sites when needed.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience.

Proof of full COVID‑19 vaccination or a qualifying medical or religious accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.

Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency.

Additional Job Standards Proven record of providing exceptional customer service.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Reliable transportation.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
