Machine Minder (2nd Shift)

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in automotive drive systems, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line with precision and efficiency. Job Title: Machine Operator
Shift: 2nd and 3rd 8-hour shifts
- nd shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm
- rd shift: 10:45pm - 7:15am
Must be able to work overtime!
Operate semi-complex machinery and equipment to support manufacturing processes
Follow established procedures to carry out operational tasks and meet performance standards
Perform equipment changeovers accurately according to detailed instructions
Conduct TPM checks and activities to ensure equipment reliability
Assist with quality assurance testing and maintain safety and environmental protocols
Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably with CNC machining or robotics
Ability to read gauges and interpret technical data
Willingness to work overtime and stand for up to 7 hours
