We're searching for a driven Growth marketing manager – you are passionate about helping small businesses grow and have a commitment to building high-impact marketing programs. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and versatile Growth marketing manager to join the Manifest team. The ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute on high-impact marketing programs across lifecycle, CRM, content, and social. The Growth marketing manager will help will help attract, nurture, and retain customers by building and optimizing campaigns that connect with our audience and drive measurable results. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping businesses build a more sustainable future. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, reporting, and some copywriting • Manage organic social media calendars and publish engaging content • Assist in writing and editing copy for emails, social, landing pages, and ads • Collaborate on landing page creation and CRO initiatives • Analyze channel performance and recommend optimizations • Partner with brand/creative team to align on messaging and creative • Support lead capture strategies (lightbox, forms, webinars, etc.) • Monitor and report on key metrics for owned channels What We’re Looking For• 3-5 years in growth, digital, or lifecycle roles • Strong copywriting and editing skills • Hands-on experience with marketing automation software (ex: HubSpot, Klayvio, MailChimp, Braze, etc.) • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) • Data-driven mindset and solid analytical skills Bonus Points• Early stage startup experience What we offer• Flexible PTO policy. • Remote-first work environment (US-based) • Opportunity to help define and drive growth strategy at a pioneering startup. •
