We’re looking for a Sales Engineer / Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, business analysis, or solutions consulting. If you enjoy giving demos, building client relationships, and bridging technical solutions with business needs, this role is for you.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Prior sales experience , preferably in B2G or B2B .

Industry background in construction, engineering, architecture, local government, or code compliance is a plus.

Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and upselling .

Proficient with CRM tools, data analysis, and digital platforms .

Willingness to travel up to 50% .

2+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or business analysis (preferably software-related).

Conduct live product demos for cities and municipalities, showcasing how our software streamlines permitting and compliance.

Act as a technical consultant during the sales cycle, answering product-related questions and addressing objections.

Collaborate with sales to prepare proposals, pricing, and responses to RFQs/RFPs.

Gather client requirements and translate them into clear documentation for implementation teams.

Keep CRM data updated with opportunities, demo notes, and pipeline status.

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (base salary + quarterly performance bonuses).
