This is an on-site position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.

SHAZAM is looking for a receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming environment, and being responsible for a variety of tasks that support daily operations.

Greet and log in and out visitors by following established risk and security policies and procedures; Answer quickly and courteously all incoming telephone calls, routing them to the appropriate person and/or department.

Minimum one year office experience and telephone console experience helpful.

Microsoft Office Suite, Easy Lobby and Avigilon experience helpful.

Possess professional communication skills - written, telephone, and internal communication.
