Legal Counsel at Law
Stone Management
Financial Services firm seeks an in house counsel to support their growing structured finance/CMBS business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including reviewing offering and transaction documents and articulating any legal or credit concerns that emerge
Identifying and evaluating the potential credit impact of transaction and loan structures
Liaising with external legal counsel
Qualifications
- J.D. qualified to practice law in NY State
- 5+ years' legal work experience
- MUST HAVE experience working in Structured finance, CMBS or commercial real estate transactions.
