Semi-open ICU with round-the-clock intensivist coverage

Close-knit team of 10 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse at St. Joseph London

Structured program divided into 2 daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist for night coverage

Responsibilities

Manage various cases in a 150-bed hospital, focusing on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, benefiting from round-the-clock intensivist coverage

Collaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees

Engage in weekly group huddles to discuss challenges, share updates, and ensure seamless collaboration across the team

Work within a structured program divided into 2 daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist for night coverage
