Travel Nurse Mother and Baby RN - Mother and Baby Registered Nurse

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN – Mother Baby for travel assignments . This role involves providing postpartum care for both mothers and newborns, ensuring a smooth recovery, and offering essential education on newborn care. The ideal candidate is skilled in postpartum assessments, lactation support, and maternal-newborn bonding .

Provide comprehensive nursing care for postpartum mothers and newborns.

Educate new mothers on postpartum care, newborn care, and safety .

Administer medications, vaccinations, and screenings for both mother and baby.

Recognize and respond to postpartum complications or neonatal distress .

Collaborate with OB-GYNs, pediatricians, lactation consultants, and postpartum nurses .

Travel to various hospitals and mother-baby units for temporary assignments .

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a Mother Baby, Postpartum, or OB/GYN setting .

Skills: Proficiency in postpartum assessments, breastfeeding support, and patient education .

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and respond to urgent situations .

Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments .
