I’m recruiting for an experienced Trust & Estates Attorney to join a well-established and respected law practice in Southwest Florida.

Key Responsibilities Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives
Handle probate, estate and trust administration
Advise on wealth preservation, asset protection and succession planning
Counsel trustees, fiduciaries, beneficiaries and business owners
Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants and other professionals
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $140,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
