HR Generalist/Employee Relations/Payroll

This is an on-site, hands-on position for someone who wants to build a well-rounded HR career — starting with the fundamentals of employee relations, engagement, recruiting, and onboarding, and growing into broader strategic partnership with plant leadership as your experience deepens.

Serve as a trusted, approachable point of contact for employees and plant leadership on day-to-day HR matters

• Support employee relations — helping resolve concerns, answering policy questions, and escalating issues appropriately
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles at the plant, from job posting through offer
• Own the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and plant culture efforts
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policy and applicable employment law
• Partner with plant leadership on workforce needs, and grow into a broader HRBP role as you develop — including exposure to workforce planning, performance management, and leadership coaching support
