We are seeking an experienced Infusion RN to support two clients in the Isle and surrounding area. The first two hours of each shift are paid at $50/hr, with $45/hr for all remaining hours. This nurse will also case manage both clients, including plan of care development, 60‑day reassessments, and supply ordering. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, relationship‑based care, and a predictable, low‑frequency schedule.

Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.
