Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney
Hiring for a Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney in Miami, FL. This is an established plaintiffs' injury law firm looking to add to their catastrophic injury and medical malpractice team. They offer excellent mentorship and development, as well as an extremely collaborative team to grow with!
Responsibilities include:
Handle complex personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability cases from intake through settlement or trial.
Draft complaints, answers, interrogatories, correspondence, and substantive legal motions
Take and defend depositions, including witnesses and medical experts
Argue pre-trial motions, attend hearings, and participate in trials and mediations under partner supervision.
Conduct client interviews, provide ongoing case updates, and negotiate settlements
Handle heavy discovery, legal research, and ongoing medical analysis
Requirements for this role:
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
3+ years of experience handling personal injury matters, including pre-suit, preferably on the plaintiff's side
Strong legal writing abilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a high degree of courtroom readiness
Experience reviewing medical records, handling complex medical bills, and understanding treatment timelines as they relate to case value.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Hiring ASAP!!
