ER/Urgent Care RN - Night Shift

Registered Nurse Emergency Department

FT day/night variable shift with holiday rotation - 3x12s + 2 On Call shifts per 4 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 20

BLS, ACLS, PALS, Stroke Certification (Must be AHA or RQI)

Two years acute hospital experience as an RN

One year ED hospital experience as an RN

Assess patient needs, identifying urgent or emergent care priorities.

Provide direct care and apply appropriate interventions.

Evaluate patient progress and respond to changes in condition.

Teach patients and families about care needs and post-emergency care.

Maintain effective communication and rapport with patients and families.

Collaborate with team members to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Orientation and compliance with infection prevention strategies are required.
