Operations Supervisor
Executive Assistant needed to empower our leaders, streamline operations, and enhance the client experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year | Indianapolis, IN | On-site | Permanent

We are a growing, client-focused accounting firm built on delivering exceptional service and lasting client relationships. Our team is tight‑knit, professional, and driven — and we are looking for the right person to help lead our administrative operation as we continue to scale.

Step into a high‑visibility role reporting directly to firm leadership with real influence over how the office runs

Lead a supportive, established team of three administrative professionals in a stable, professional environment

Enjoy a clear growth path — this role expands into project management responsibilities after year one

Lead, develop, and support a 3‑person administrative team including an Office Coordinator, Executive Admin, and Business Support Specialist

Support accounts receivable functions and document management across the firm in partnership with leadership

Serve as a calm, steady presence in the office — the go‑to person for the team when priorities shift and problems need solving

Partner directly with the COO to drive operational initiatives and continuously improve administrative processes firm‑wide
