Part-Time HR Generalist - Immediate Need!

An Insight Global customer in the semiconductor industry is looking to hire a part‑time HR Coordinator to join their growing Arizona team. This person will be responsible for scheduling interviews and meetings and successfully completing onboarding procedures as the company expands their operations. Most of the job will focus on scheduling for now as the team hires new team members, but as the team scales, more onboarding tasks will take over this person's schedule (submitting and tracking background checks, consistent candidate communication, paperwork completion, confirming orientations, etc.). As a part time role, this person will only be working 30 hours a week. It is expected that this person works on‑site in Tempe 5 days a week, but there is some flexibility with working from home one day a week. This is a 6‑9 month contract role and we can offer between $21-$25/hr. If this person exceeds expectations by being proactive and attentive to details, then it is likely the team will be able to convert this into a full‑time role. Experience scheduling meetings and interviews across multiple different individuals and international time zones.
Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc. and basic Windows computer functions). - Experience working in the semiconductor, advanced manufacturing or related technical industries.
