Marketing Manager
StaffBuffalo is working with a global organization in the clinical products space to hire an experienced Marketing Manager in Amherst, NY. This role offers a salary of $85,000-$105,000 and the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of product and clinical marketing across a North American portfolio, driving growth, brand awareness, and successful product lifecycle management.

This position blends strategy and execution, including integrated marketing planning, pricing, market research, product launches, forecasting, reporting, sales tools, campaigns, and product education. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing Communications, Education, global business counterparts, distributors, and external partners to connect marketing activity with commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional who is comfortable operating at the manager level within a larger, global organization. This role includes leadership and management responsibilities and requires the ability to travel, including internationally.

Drive growth and brand awareness for the clinical portfolio while managing products throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with commercial and sales objectives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis, and support pricing, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Communications, Education, global business counterparts, distributors, and external partners.

Develop sales tools, campaigns, and product education, and present product information to customers and internal stakeholders.

Provide leadership and management within the function while working effectively across a larger, global organization.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field required. Approximately 5+ years of relevant product management or product marketing experience.

Demonstrated ownership of product launches and product lifecycle management.

Experience developing integrated marketing plans tied to commercial and sales objectives, with strong cross-functional partnership with Sales.

Experience with market research, competitive analysis, pricing, forecasting, and reporting.

Ability to present product information to customers and internal stakeholders, with leadership capability and experience operating at the manager level.

Ability to travel, including internationally. Dental industry, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, laboratory, technical product, distributor/channel marketing, education/training, or global company experience is preferred.

Experienced manager-level opportunity with meaningful ownership of the clinical marketing function.

Broad strategic and hands-on scope across product lifecycle management, integrated marketing, pricing, research, launches, forecasting, reporting, campaigns, and education.

High visibility and collaboration with Sales, Marketing Communications, Education, global business counterparts, distributors, and external partners.

International travel and cross-functional exposure.
