Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance AttorneyOur client is currently seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance Attorney to join their team in one of their various office locations including Wilmington, DE; Boca Raton, FL; Baltimore, MD; Hackensack, NJ; or Manhattan, NY.
