Medical Receptionist/Front Desk for Primary Care

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. As a Medical Receptionist, you'll:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.

1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - must pass proficiency exam before foreign language communication
• Experience using MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization
• The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. 38,000 - $45,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
