Insurance Sales Representative

P&L Insurance are seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions.

Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach

Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals

Present and recommend appropriate insurance products

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews

Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license (if required)

Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales

Active insurance license
