Temporary Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join their team in Norwood, Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced attorneys and develop a comprehensive legal skill set in a dynamic environment.
Duties Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
Requirements Licensed in Ohio required; Indiana and/or Kentucky licensure is a plus.
5+ years of experience required; all qualified applicants considered.
Foreclosure, bankruptcy, or collections experience preferred.
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications Bar admission in Ohio; additional state bar admissions are advantageous.
