Full-Time Temporary HR Generalist

Our client, a manufacturing organization in Shelby, Ohio, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department supporting daily operations and employee engagement. Job Title: HR Generalist

Shift: 8-4 to be discussed

Assist with administrative tasks related to HR functions in a manufacturing environment

Coordinate communication between management and staff to ensure smooth operations

Some office administration or related experience

Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus but not required

Availability to work Monday through Friday

Potential for full-time employment for qualified candidates with HR experience

Short-term assignment with the possibility of extension or permanent hire

Medical and Prescription Drug Plans
