Head of Marketing, Hospitality

Summary
This is a part-time, contract position focused on expanding Blue Blazer's premium RTD beverage distribution and Private Label placements throughout Florida's golf market. This role is responsible for opening new accounts, securing increased distribution at existing partners, and building brand presence within high-end golf facilities.

We are open to candidates in both North Florida and South Florida

Key Duties & Responsibilities
New Business Development

Identifies and targets high-potential golf courses, country clubs, resort, and retail customers for Blue Blazer distribution

Conducts facility visits and product presentations to management and F&B directors

Develops and executes territory expansion strategies focused on premium golf facilities

Generates qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and industry connections

Achieves monthly new account acquisition goals and volume targets

Account Management & Growth

Builds and maintains relationships with existing accounts to maximize case volume and menu placement

Acts as trusted advisor to golf course F&B operations on beverage placement

Secures prime placement for Blue Blazer products in pro shops, Turn stands, and on-course beverage carts

Negotiates favorable terms for private labeling opportunities with premium facilities

Monitors competitor activity and develops counterstrategies

Sales Support & Reporting

Submits weekly sales reports, account updates, and market intelligence

Tracks key performance indicators including case sales, new accounts, and market share growth

Maintains accurate records in CRM system

Market Intelligence

Monitors golf industry trends and seasonal patterns affecting beverage sales

Identifies opportunities for product innovation or line extensions

Reports competitive pricing, promotions, and new product introductions

Provides feedback on customer preferences and market demands

Desired Skills and Qualifications
Essential Requirements

Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in beverage, hospitality, or golf industry sales

Golf Industry Knowledge: Understanding of golf course operations, F&B dynamics, and customer demographics

Relationship Builder: Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders

Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a territory-based role

Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with club management and staff

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience selling to golf courses, country clubs, or hospitality venues

Background in alcoholic beverage or RTD category

Established relationships within Florida golf industry

Experience with private label or co-packing partnerships

Event management or promotional marketing experience

Technical & Personal Attributes

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems

Strong financial acumen for pricing negotiations and budget management

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage

Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for upscale golf environments

Flexible schedule to accommodate golf industry peak times (weekends, early mornings)

Must be 21+ years of age

Must reside in or relocate to target Florida market area

Compensation Structure

Base Retainer : $2,000/month

Tiered Commission Structure :

Baseline : $2.00 per case sold, escalating to $3.50 per case when monthly volume targets are achieved

Annual Performance Bonus : Additional compensation based on yearly objectives and market growth

Expense Reimbursement : Per company policy for approved business expenses

Growth Opportunity : Potential advancement to full‑time role with expanded territory

This position offers significant earning potential based on performance, with successful representatives typically earning $36,000-$45,000 annually when volume targets are consistently met.
