Head of Business to Business Operations

Our client is a leading consulting and investment banking firm focused exclusively on the built environment , including engineering, construction, infrastructure, and industrials. We are partnered with a firm to identify a Director of Operations for a newly created role in Denver, CO . This position is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in a professional services environment and is passionate about building scalable systems, aligning cross‑functional teams, and driving operational efficiency.
This is not a compliance‑focused role - it's a hands‑on opportunity to lead the operational “factory floor” of a high‑performing organization.
Design and optimize workflows across consulting and investment banking teams
Drive operational excellence through data, systems, and people
5-10 years of relevant experience in operations, ideally within professional services, investment banking, or industrials
Strong understanding of operational tools, procedures, and performance metrics
Experience with technology platforms that support business operations
Prior experience in the industrials or built environment sectors is a plus
Based in or willing to relocate to Denver, CO
You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and help drive operational excellence in a dynamic and growing organization.
