HR Recruiting Generalist - REMOTE

A growing and well-established organization in the professional services space is seeking an HR Generalist to join its team on a direct-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional looking to work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, employee-focused environment.
Schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote)
Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance
Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and organizational needs
Provide office management support when senior HR leadership is out of the office
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
5 years of Human Resources experience
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a generalist capacity
Bachelor's degree preferred
A trustworthy HR professional with exceptional judgment and integrity
