Establishes open positions by meeting with managers to discuss their recruitment needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements via online sites and internal job postings.
Attend and schedule community job fairs as needed.
Improves organization attractiveness by monitoring response to job offers, company benefits and perks.
Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment: a. Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment; Use social/professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Understand current legal guidelines conducting interviews.
Maintain database of applicants.
Ensure Grace Best Practices are incorporated into all work performed and all interactions with staff and customers.
Bachelors Degree preferred or have at least 1-3 years Recruiting experience
Familiar with the legal aspects of hiring and interviewing
Strong Customer Service experience
Computer literate in current version of Word, Excel and Power Point
