Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Position Overview Ability Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our thriving outpatient clinic located in Delray Beach, Florida. This full-time position is ideal for a compassionate professional looking to make a substantial impact in the lives of patients through personalized treatment plans. With a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this role allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing exceptional care to your patients.

Provide focused, hands-on treatment to a manageable caseload of 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring individualized care that addresses each patient's unique needs.

Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop effective treatment strategies that align with their rehabilitation goals.

Utilize a combination of manual therapy techniques and functional exercises tailored to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.

Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to clinical guidelines and best practices.

Your work will primarily involve patients with orthopedic concerns, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work closely with a diverse group of individuals ranging from young athletes recovering from injuries to seniors aiming to maintain mobility and quality of life. A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited institution.

An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

A commitment to continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques specific to orthopedic rehabilitation.
