Sweep and clean line floor, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
Follow Manager directions throughout a shift
Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs
Smokey Bones is a full-service restaurant delivering great barbecue, award-winning ribs, and good times in 63 locations across 16 states. Smokey Bones serves lunch and dinner and has a full bar featuring a variety of bourbons and whiskeys; a selection of domestic, import, and local craft beers; We offer a variety of meats that are slow-smoked, fire-grilled, and available for dine-in, pick-up, online ordering, or catering and delivery.
Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
Excellent customer service and people skills
In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.
Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.
