Full Time Front Desk Receptionist

A small office is currently hiring a Receptionist. The position is full time with regular office hours. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
It is important that applicants interested in this position understand the office is very quiet and the reception area is separate from the main area. You must be comfortable working independently. Very few visitors are in the office.
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for answering inbound calls and transferring to the correct individual. You may provide basic information to a caller such as direct them to the company website, mailing address, etc. This position will also perform data entry from reports generated by the sales team. Applicants should have experience performing data entry or similar clerical duties.
