Our services include security patrols, safety escorts, admits, and responding to calls for assistance.**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**Protect the security and safety of patients, visitors and 2,000-plus employees across a full-service, 44-acre medical center campus in North Seattle**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Maintain security and safety through inspection of buildings and grounds* Possess superior customer service skills, offering support and understanding in dealing with patients, staff, faculty and visitors to the medical center* Tactfully confront individuals and gain their trust for authority, de-escalating anger to bring about satisfactory solutions* Investigate incidents and crimes with the aptitude to complete clear, concise and accurate incident reports and other documentation* Patrol and inspect interior and exterior of facility, on foot or in a vehicle.
