Physical Therapist Wanted (Part-Time / Per Diem): Help Patients Thrive at Home
BrightStar Care is a trusted provider of skilled and non-skilled home health services. We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who truly cares about making a difference. As a PT on our team, you’ll help clients restore strength, independence, and dignity—all from the home environments they cherish
Competitive pay — $90 to $100 per visit + mileage reimbursement
Flexible scheduling — set your availability whether part-time or per diem
Local visits in your preferred area
Supportive office staff and clinical leadership
Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
Document care using mobile-friendly EMR
Active MA PT license
1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
