The HR Specialist plays a critical role in supporting core HR functions including benefits administration, leave management, workers' compensation, performance management, and compensation support. This position partners closely with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and compliant HR experience. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Coon Rapids location and does have occasional travel to other Lexington locations. Manage employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)
Process enrollments, life events, and HRIS updates
Support and help coordinate annual open enrollment
Coordinate workers' compensation claims, working closely with leadership and insurance partners
Track claims and support return-to-work efforts

Performance & Compensation Support
Assist with performance review cycles, tracking completion and supporting managers
At least 2 years of Human Resources experience, with direct involvement in benefits administration and leave management (FMLA, etc.), Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree is required.
Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
Ability to work onsite in Coon Rapids, MN, with occasional travel is required.
