Redefine Rehabilitation. Rehab Without Walls® is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our innovative Home & Community based Neurorehabilitation Program in San Francisco, CA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to serve as a primary therapist , guiding patients from evaluation through discharge while delivering care in the environments where real life unfolds.

Our model moves beyond the clinic walls by bringing rehabilitation into homes, workplaces, schools, and community spaces to drive meaningful, functional outcomes.

An experienced SLP eager to own the full episode of care as the primary therapist from evaluation through discharge .

Passionate about functional, real-world rehabilitation , treating patients in their everyday environments.

Ready to move beyond staged therapy settings by supporting clients in real-life activities such as managing their own prescriptions, participating in yoga or light hiking, returning to driving, and successfully transitioning back to work .

Flexible Schedule Created by You - Balance autonomy with full-time stability.

In-Person, 1:1 Therapy with the ability to complete documentation and communication from home.

Continuity of Care - Serve as the primary therapist from evaluation to discharge.

Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans of patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders

Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources

Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members

Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program

Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice

A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathology

Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred

Duties require fine motor skills,visual acuity,and walking/standing for extended periods

A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations
