Take ownership of meaningful ground-up multifamily projects in a fast-growing GC

Fast-growing general contractor with a strong presence across the Midwest and projects spanning commercial and multifamily sectors. Manage ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Coordinate scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, and day-to-day project delivery.

Support communication between office and field teams to keep projects on track.

Use standard construction management tools to track progress and performance.
