Fulltime - HR Generalist

Total Quality is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support core people operations for a growing organization. This onsite role in Kailua-Kona, HI will help keep recruiting moving, onboarding running smoothly, and HR documentation organized, while also supporting employee recognition, events, and training logistics.
In this full-time position, you will provide hands‑on administrative and coordination support across multiple HR functions. The role is well‑suited to someone with at least a year of HR, recruiting, office administration, or related support experience who can manage competing priorities and maintain a strong service mindset for employees and candidates.
What you’ll do Support recruiting and hiring activities
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
Assist with employee recognition programs and HR communications
Help organize employee events, training sessions, and job fairs
Maintain HR records, reports, and onboarding documentation
Provide administrative support for the HR team
Assist with special projects and other HR initiatives as needed
What we’re looking for Experience in HR, recruiting, office administration, or a related support role is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first approach
Willingness to learn and support a variety of HR functions
Strong customer service mindset when working with employees and candidates
